Branding Contest

Each fall, students and alumni members are invited to participate in the State Branding Design competition. In this contest, students will create a package portraying the state theme for the year. Each package must include a banner, lapel pin, t-shirt, and conference program cover. Designs are submitted to the state office, where they are reviewed for adherence to the contest requirements and graphic standards.

The qualifying designs are presented to membership during the Fall Leadership Conference, where the winning design will be selected. The winning package will be used for the official SkillsUSA Florida State Leadership and Skills Conference t-shirt, conference pin, and program cover. The pin will also be used for trading at the National Leadership and Skills Conference in June, and the banner will be used during the NLSC Opening Ceremony Parade of States. Submissions are due to the state office by October 1.
