The 2022 State Leadership and Skills Conference is the premier CTE event in the state of Florida. The top students in over 100 different skill and leadership competitions gather to compete against their peers for a chance to advance to the National Leadership and Skills Conference. These competitions provide an opportunity for students to hone their technical skills, connect with business and industry, and become world-class workers, leaders, and responsible American citizens.

Following the Closing and Awards Ceremony, there is a mandatory meeting for all Gold medalists and their advisors to obtain registration information about the National Conference. Information regarding the national conference will also be distributed via the Tuesday Times prior to the state conference.
